Print Centre

(you will need to contact a leader in Scouting to access this resource)

The Print Centre is a service available to adult members of Scouting to create branded, personalised resources. To access, please log into www.scouts.org.uk and select the icon from the My Tools menu.

The personal touch

This new print centre allows you to create your own personalised resources, adding local information, timing and contact details. There is no charge for you to create the materials and print them as PDFs on their home printers. If multiple copies are required, the system is linked to a trusted print supplier, Burlington Press, who can process your order at a highly competitive rate. The benefits are significant:

  • The templates are quick and easy to use – you can create a professional looking poster including your local details in three minutes.
  • You are freed up to get on with the real business of Scouting.
  • All images and fonts will be in place already – there’s no need to spend money on expensive software or equipment.
  • Your local resources will have the same look and feel as national resources
  • Communications can be personalised making them more powerful and effective

What’s available?

A library of resources has been created for you to explore and adapt. This includes:

  • posters
  • flyers
  • stationery (letterhead, business cards, compliment slips)
  • invites and tickets
  • signage for your meeting place
  • banners

We will add to the templates over time and you can also make suggestions for new resources. Obviously the potential is great, and if you can’t see what you want, please be patient while we gradually build-up the library.
